How does per-seat billing work?
You pay a flat monthly rate per seat. Seats can be adjusted anytime from the Admin Dashboard — add teammates as you grow, remove them when they leave.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your organization, members, and shared collections stay intact. Downgrading only changes which features are available going forward.
Can I mix Team and Enterprise features?
Enterprise includes everything in Team plus SSO, custom branding, and dedicated support. There is no mixing — Enterprise is priced and provisioned as a custom contract.
How do invites work?
Admins invite teammates by email from the Admin Dashboard. Invited members receive a link that expires after 7 days and joins them to your organization once accepted.
Is there a minimum number of seats?
Yes — Team plans start at 5 seats. Enterprise plans typically start at 10 seats and are custom-priced.
