Guía paso a paso

  1. 1Metric: BMI = weight(kg) ÷ height(m)²
  2. 2Imperial: BMI = 703 × weight(lb) ÷ height(in)²
  3. 3Compare result to WHO categories
  4. 4Consult a healthcare professional for full assessment
